A key part of this commitment is our dedicated auditing department, Hawkeye Services, which conducts rigorous, unannounced CQI audits across all facilities. By utilizing tools such as the RHS CQI, GAR Competency & Components, NCCHC outcome measures, and our own audit framework, Hawkeye ensures that quality of care is continuously evaluated and improved. Corrective Action Plans are developed, monitored, and supported by Hawkeye staff, reinforcing our integrity, accountability, and ongoing commitment to excellence.
